Organized as G. F. Pierce & Associates in Independence, Missouri in 1973, the firm has been providing professional surveying and engineering services to the Eastern Missouri area and beyond since that time.

Bob Mace joined the firm in 1985 and his son Kent in 1991. Kent purchased the assets of the firm from Garnett Pierce in 1997. In 2009 Kent’s son Nick joined the firm and in 2010 Kent’s son Nate joined the firm.
